Welcome to Volatile Distributions.
We may alter, add or delete these terms and conditions without notice. When you place an order with us, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

1/ ORDERING

We reserve the right to not accept, place, and /or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason.
You will not be charged if we do not accept the order.
Once your transaction is processed or payment is cleared, your order will be shipped to your designated address.
Any orders will be shipped within the next 7 to 15 working days from the order date. (unless stipulated otherwise)
All shipment is mailed via courier or express post so we can track and trace each order.

2/ SITE SECURITY & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank card and American Express.
We also accept cheques payable to Tim Bonython Productions Pty Ltd.

Shipment of your order will depends on the complete clearance of your cheque.

Payments are manually processed by our staff. We securely use Mobieeft to process all credit card payments.

Note that on your credit card statement the description for our charge will be Volatile Distributions.

Pricacy of information:

Your credit card details are detained until payment has been approved by Mobileeft. Then, we will discard / delete them.

To qualify as a Wholesale distributor, you need to be a sole trader or a business trading as a wholesaler.

All DVD sold on our website are copyright protected.
All rights of the producers and the owner of the above DVD reserved. Unauthorised copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting of the program is prohibited unless authorisation granted. Fee applicable.
