Note: You will collect your goodie bag at the show.

2/ How do I book?

Click on your designated state and select the show you want to attend. A new page will load with details about your show ( Date, time, venue and address). Click on NEXT - bottom right corner - to proceed with the booking. You will then have to select your ticket choice. Enter the quantity and follow the prompts from there. Note: depending on your computer screen size, you might have to scroll back up to read the prompts and follow the steps .

We also have point of sale ie some venue and surf shops are also selling tickets that can now be purchased. Click to book now to get more info on who is selling.

3/ Trouble with placing your order?

Internet explorer user: please click here in order to be able to view the ASMF info in a readable layout!

We have aimed at making your order as simple as possible. But in some cases, usually due to computer set up errors might occur. Here are a few thing you might need to check if you are experiencing issues:

- We have finally worked out the problem which come with the "time out" issue. It seems that internet explorer has modifiied its browser and its cookies. Consequently causing issues with our ticket original setup. So we have modified it all and adapt to make sure it will be worling for all. Note that broser like Firefox and Safari were not affected.

Error: "time out:" " Solution: Please check your cookies and turn them on.

- It takes forever to get the booking done: Shall you use the following browser, you should not experience any problem: Safari, Firefox, Opera. Internet explorer might sometimes cause problems,. If it is the case please call us on 0280057571 or email us event@volatile.com.au

4/ Terms and Conditions

Please find below relevant information in regards to our commitment and your obligations on purchase of tickets to attend to our showings.

Definitions:
- Showings: all show/ performance listed on our web page in the tickets and sales section.
- Purchase: order place on the trybooking website for tickets to attend to one of our showing.
- “Group” discounted ticket: group is 4 people ( adult and children mixed, or only adult, or only children)

Price:

1. All price include GST
2. Booking Fee: 0.30c ( or if you use Paypal booking fee is $2.00 for the whole transaction - not per ticket - for Paypal booking email u for booking request to: event@volatile.com.au)
3. Pre-booked online tickets are $20.00 each for single ticket - $26.95 for ticket
4. Pre-booked online - Group Discount available online : $70 | group tix + 4 goodie bags $94
5. Tickets available at the door if not sold out. If not mentioned of sold out show is made on the website, tickets are available at  the door.
6. Ticket price at the door: $25
7. NO Group concession available at the door.
8. If not mention of SOLD OUT show is stated on the website, by default tickets will be available at the door. Note that venue capacity is limited.

How can I pay: and how tickets are sold?:

We are using the service of a booking agent called trybooking. www.trybooking.com.au or email us and we can also process your order using Paypal. ( you must email us to event@volatile.com.au first, and we will email you back a Paypal link and once order processed, you will receive your e-ticket)

All our “click to book!” are linked to this website from which the booking will be completed.
You can pay using your credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD
Please print your E-tickets which will be your pass at the door. We will have a door list and will tick your name as you come in.

Refund or exchange.

Shall you have purchase tickets and made a mistake, we can change it for you.

Shall you have made a booking and CAN’T attend to the show – there will be no refund. We can change your booking to another show.

Shall you attend to the show and didn’t like it. There will be no refund.

Venues Rules and Capacity:

1. RSL clubs: RSL clubs rules apply. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
2. Northern Hotel ( Byron Bay) and The Esplanade Hotel “Espy”: UNDER 18yrs NOT PERMITTED.
3. Seating is limited at some venue. ( As a guide line, shows like the Espy, Noosa, PalmBeach, Randwick and Bondi are usually very busy )
4. First in best dressed. Seating is NOT allocated. We recommend not only to book your ticket online  but also to arrive 15 min prior to the show commences.

General:
This event is unsuitable for children under 5 as the show goes for 2 hours, children under 5 might not have the attention spam to remain focus for that time! .

Online purchases can be made with Mastercard and Visa.

Seating: No reserved seating, first in best dressed for seats.

Note: RSL rules apply. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Information for members and their guests.

The Great Nothern and The Espy show: under 18 are NOT permitted

Your responsibility:
No alcohol can be smuggled onto the venue.

Conditions of entry
• Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID includes a Australian Photo Drivers Licence, Australian Photo Proof of Age card or Passport. • All children under 18 permitted unless stated otherwise. Note that in RSL club under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. • The Esplanade hotel in St Kilda Melbourne and The Great northern Hotel: Over 18’s only. • RSL clubs: information for members and their guests. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Intoxicated persons will not be admitted • No thongs or steel cap boots • The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to any person • Dangerous behaviour including Crowd Surfing, Stage Diving, Moshing and Violent Dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from the venue.

E-Ticket: Your name and ticket ID's will be on the E-Ticket door list at the venue. All you need to get into the event is your PHOTOGRAPHIC ID that matches the name you used to purchase these tickets.If the order is not in the name of the person who is picking up the tickets that is still OK! Just have the person attending the event bring a printout of this order and explain who purchased the tickets on their behalf.

NB: All people you have purchased tickets for on this order must arrive to the venue at the same time.

We, the promoter, Tim Bonython Productions p/l, have worked very hard to put this show together. It will present create surf films and great entertainment. Enjoy the Show!
