Please find below relevant information in regards to our commitment and your obligations on purchase of tickets to attend to our showings.

Definitions:
- Showings: all show/ performance listed on our web page in the tickets and sales section.
- Purchase: order place on the trybooking website for tickets to attend to one of our showing.
- “Group” discounted ticket: group is 4 people ( adult and children mixed, or only adult, or only children)

- Early Bird Tickets: limited offer until 7th Jan 2011

Price:

1. All price include GST
2. Booking Fee: 0.30c ( or if you use Paypal booking fee is $2.00 for the whole transaction - not per ticket - for Paypal booking email us event@volatile.com.au)
3. Early bird price: $17.50 for one - book 4 tickets @ $15 ea.
4. Pre-booked online tickets are $20.00 ADMIT ONE
5. Pre-booked online - Group Discount $70 ADMIT 4 ( $17.50 ea)
6. Tickets available at the door if not sold out. If not mentioned of sold out show is made on the website, tickets are available at  the door.
7. Ticket price at the door: $25
8. NO Group concession available at the door.
9. Note that venue capacity is limited.

How can I pay and how tickets are sold?:

We are using the service of a booking agent called trybooking. www.trybooking.com.au or email us and we can also process your order using Paypal. ( you must email us to event@volatile.com.au first, and we will email you back a Paypal link and once order processed, you will receive your e-ticket)

All our “click to book!” are linked to this website from which the booking will be completed.
You can pay using your credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD
Please print your E-tickets which will be your pass at the door. We will have a door list and will tick your name as you come in.

Site Security:

Trybooking website is offering a booking service totally secure which allows to to enter your credit card details without worrying about security breach. While processing your order you will be able to see a lock on your ordering page - when you are required to enter your credit card details and also on the top of the on the toolbar.

Refund or exchange.

Shall you have purchase tickets and made a mistake, we can change it for you.

Shall you have made a booking and CAN’T attend to the show – there will be no refund. We can change your booking to another show.

Shall you attend to the show and didn’t like it. There will be no refund.

If a show is CANCELLED, you will be re-imbursed if it is not re-scheduled.

Venues Rules and Capacity:

1. RSL clubs: RSL clubs rules apply. Children MUST be accompanied by a responsoble adult.
2. Northern Hotel ( Byron Bay) and The Esplanade Hotel “Espy”: UNDER 18yrs NOT PERMITTED.
3. Seating is limited at some venue. ( As a guide line, shows like the Espy, Noosa, PalmBeach, Randwick and Bondi are usually very busy ). Seating is allocatd to matche the online sales, there will always be seating and standing room.
4. First in best dressed. Seating is NOT allocated. We recommend not only to book your ticket online but also to arrive 30 min prior to the show commences.

General:
This event is unsuitable for children under 5 as the show goes for 2 hours, children under 5 might not have the attention spam to remain focus for that time! .

Online purchases can be made with Mastercard and Visa.

Seating: No reserved seating, first in best dressed for seats.

Note: RSL rules apply. Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Information for members and their guests.

The Esplanade Hotel and great Northern Hotel shows: under 18 are NOT permitted

ONLINE & PHONE PRE-SALES WILL CLOSE AT 3 PM ON THE DAY OF EACH SHOWING.

Your responsibility:
No alcohol can be smuggled onto the venue.

You must behave in appropriate manners and respect the other customers

Shall you bring children to the show, at all time they are your responsibility.

General Conditions of entry
• Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID includes a Australian Photo Drivers Licence, Australian Photo Proof of Age card or Passport. • All children under 18 permitted unless stated otherwise. Note that in RSL club under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. • The Esplanade hotel in St Kilda Melbourne and The Great northern Hotel: Over 18’s only. • RSL clubs: information for members and their guests. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Intoxicated persons will not be admitted • No thongs or steel cap boots • The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to any person • Dangerous behaviour including Crowd Surfing, Stage Diving, Moshing and Violent Dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from the venue.

E-Ticket: Your name and ticket ID's will be on the E-Ticket door list at the venue. All you need to get into the event is your PHOTOGRAPHIC ID that matches the name you used to purchase these tickets.If the order is not in the name of the person who is picking up the tickets that is still OK! Just have the person attending the event bring a printout of this order and explain who purchased the tickets on their behalf.

NB: All people you have purchased tickets for on this order must arrive to the venue at the same time.

We, the promoter, Tim Bonython Productions p/l, have worked very hard to put this show together. It will present create surf films and great entertainment. Enjoy the Show!
